The Grey's Anatomy actor is a successful pro racer, owning his own Dempsey Racing team and finished in ninth place at this year's Le Mans.
Dempsey, Joanie Burstein and Neil Moritz will produce The Art Of Racing. Starbucks Entertainment, the books, music and film arm of the coffee corporation, is executive producing.
