The 21-year-old actor admitted that the evil antics of his alter-ego Draco Malfoy add to the enjoyment of shooting the smash-hit films.
He told Now magazine: "I get to play this vile, loathsome creature. And it's great fun. I love playing the baddie."
Felton added that while he doesn't share many traits with Draco, his co-stars Rupert Grint and Daniel Radcliffe are similar to their characters.
He commented: "When you speak to Rupert, he's just like Ron - he's a nice, funny guy. And Dan is just like Harry - a friendly geek!"
Felton recently confessed that he is often surprised by the behaviour of his "crazy" fans.
