Jon Hamm cast in Affleck's 'Town'

Jon Hamm and Rebecca Hall have joined the cast of Ben Affleck's directorial follow-up to Gone Baby Gone.

Affleck is writing, directing and starring in The Town, an adaptation of Chuck Hogan's novel The Prince Of Thieves.

The story follows a crook (Affleck) who falls for a teller (Hall) at the bank he robs. Mad Men star Hamm will play an FBI agent who also becomes smitten by Hall's character.

The Departed's Graham King is producing the movie for Warner Bros, reports Variety.
