'Potter' holds off 'Proposal' at UK BO

The sixth instalment in the wizard saga takes in more than £5 million to beat the rom-com to the top spot, despite The Proposal's £3.2 million gross being the most successful UK opening of Sandra Bullock's career.
Ice Age 3, Brüno and The Hangover, round out the top five, while Lars Von Trier's controversial Antichrist, starring Willem Dafoe and Charlotte Gainsbourg, debuts at number ten.
