Moore film nominated for Venice gong

Capitalism: A Love Story is one of six US films up for the Golden Lion at the event, Reuters reports.
Organiser Marco Mueller said: "It seemed that the writers' strike, the financial difficulties had slammed the brakes on the most creative part of American cinema, but the selection has never been so great."
Other movies in the 24-film list include Steven Soderbergh's The Informant, Werner Herzog's Bad Lieutenant remake and Joe Dante's 3D film The Hole.
The festival runs from September 2 to 12 and features screenings of 3D versions of Toy Story and Toy Story 2 to mark the career award for John Lasseter and his fellow directors at Pixar.
