'Silent Hill' actress linked to 'Twilight 3'

The 14-year-old actress has reportedly been cast in the role of a "vampire who has just been turned", although her actual character has yet to be confirmed.
Ferland previously starred in 2006 horror film Silent Hill, and has recently finished production on Case 39 alongside Renee Zellweger.
She is the third new addition to the vampire franchise, following news that Australian newcomer Xavier Samuel has been cast as college student Riley and that Bryce Dallas Howard will replace Rachelle Lefevre in the role of Victoria.
Production on Eclipse is scheduled to begin later this month for a June 2010 release.
