The Superbad actor will team up with regular Judd Apatow collaborators Andrew Jay Cohen and Brendan O'Brien (Talladega Nights, The 40-Year-Old Virgin), who are penning the script. They were also co-producers on Hill's comedy Funny People.
No details about the film's plot have yet been revealed.
Hill's other upcoming projects include Russell Brand comedy Get Him To The Greek and Universal's The Adventurer's Handbook.
