The 45-year-old actress, who co-starred with her husband David Arquette in the 1996 original Kevin Williamson-penned movie Scream, has said that revisiting the set will be romantic for the couple, reports Female First.
Cox said: "I'm very excited. It will be fun. David and I are going to be right back on the set where we first met. It's going to be so exciting for us in many ways."
Cox and Arquette's on-screen characters Gale Weathers and Dewy Riley will reportedly have a child in the fourth instalment of the horror franchise, but Cox has no plans to bring their real-life 5-year-old daughter Coco to the set.
She added: "I wouldn't do that to her. It's a horror film after all."
