Fincher's Facebook movie gets greenlight

The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button filmmaker was previously announced as being in talks to direct the project, which details Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg's creation of the site.
According to website End Of Show, a script written by Aaron Sorkin based on the book The Accidental Billionaires has received the go-ahead to be helmed by Fincher.
A budget of $47 million was reportedly given for the venture, while Scott Rudin, Kevin Spacey and Dana Brunetti have signed on as producers. No cast announcements have yet been made.
