The 46-year-old filmmaker said that he is "proud of" the former MTV animated show and would like to revisit the characters for the cinema.
He told Collider: "I like to keep the door open on Beavis and Butt-Head, because it's my favourite thing that I ever done. It's the thing I'm most proud of."
He added: "Another movie... the problem is it takes a year and half, two years, two and a half years - maybe - to do that right. And that's a pretty strong level of commitment. I'm going to look at that again. That comes up every three years."
The series originally aired on the network from 1993 to 1997, while at one point Judge said that he was considering doing a live-action version of the trouble-making teens.
It was announced recently that his cancelled long-running cartoon King Of The Hill will have a series finale.
