Staunton, Broadbent return for new Leigh film
Imelda Staunton, Jim Broadbent and Philip Davis will star in Mike Leigh's new film, says Variety.

The trio, who have all worked with the acclaimed British director in the past, will be joined by David Bradley and Stuart McQuarrie in the untitled feature.

Georgina Lowe is producing Leigh's eleventh movie, which has started nine weeks of shooting in London with co-financing by Film 4 and the UK Film Council.

Leigh won a best screenplay Oscar nomination for his last movie Happy-Go-Lucky, which starred Sally Hawkins as an upbeat London school teacher.
