According to /Film, director Martin Campbell has been scouting for possible sites in the US and the project may move to Louisiana. It is also rumoured that filming on the Ryan Reynolds vehicle may not begin until next year.
Reynolds is also scheduled to star in the X-Men Origins: Wolverine spinoff Deadpool.
Both projects have been slated for a 2011 release date, with the 32-year-old recently saying that he sees no reason why he cannot take on both roles at the same time.
