'Girlfriend' to screen at Raindance Festival

Humpday, about two straight friends who are asked to have sex for an art project, will open the festival on September 30, with Soderbergh's story of a high-class call girl the closing night film on October 11.
Also screening at the festival, now in its 17th year, are Mighty Boosh pair Noel Fielding and Julian Barratt's untitled tour documentary, The Cry Of The Owl starring Julia Stiles and Paddy Considine, and zombie film Colin, produced for just £45.
Elsewhere, Japanese helmer Momoko Ando will bring her film Kakera to Raindance for its world premiere and the late David Carradine's movie My Suicide is also expected to screen.
The Raindance winners will be announced prior to The Girlfriend Experience screening on Sunday, October 11.
