Soderbergh: 'No more 'Ocean's' movies'

Rex Features

Steven Soderbergh has reportedly revealed that he does not want to make a third Ocean’s Eleven sequel.

According to Contactmusic, the director admitted that he cannot visualise another Ocean’s movie after the death of Bernie Mac, who plays Frank Catton in all three films in the franchise.

He said: "For me, it was three [movies] and out, but any possibility of ever revisiting that ended when Bernie Mac died.

"I don't think any of us would want to go back and do that without him, so that's it."

Soderbergh has previously revealed that he wants to stop directing in a few years.
