Sheen 'enjoys variety of acting roles'

Michael Sheen has revealed that he likes the fact that he is cast in diverse roles.

The actor will play vampire Aro alongside Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart in the Twilight sequel New Moon, and has recently finished acting as Tony Blair in The Special Relationship.

According to the News of the World, he said: "I love being able to mix it up, being the Prime Minister or a presenter one minute, then a vampire the next."

Sheen also said that his 10-year-old daughter with Kate Beckinsale, Lily, enjoys reading the Twilight books, adding: "That made it more exciting. The Twilight series has a lot of teenage girl fans. But I think that's mainly for Robert, not me!"

Sheen is reportedly in talks to play the next James Bond villain.
