'Night Of The Living Dead' to return as anime

Titled Night Of The Living Dead: Origins, the project will delve into the backstories of characters from the original 1968 movie. Zebediah de Soto will direct the movie from his own script and produce alongside Simon West (Lara Croft: Tomb Raider).
De Soto has devised a new real-time filmmaking technique, coined 'The Beast', that will allow his actors to interact with computer generated effects.
Original Living Dead helmer Romero will not be involved in the new film.
