'Meatballs' tops US box office

The Sony/Columbia animated feature Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs has debuted at the top of the US box office with $30.1 million.

In second place is Steven Soderbergh's The Informant!, starring Matt Damon, with $10.5 million over the weekend.

Last week's winner, Tyler Perry's I Can Do Bad All By Myself, has slipped to the number three position with $10 million.

Other debuts this week appear at number four and five with Jennifer Aniston's Love Happens and the Diablo Cody-penned Jennifer's Body, starring Megan Fox.

Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds drops four places to number seven with $3.6 million, while horror movies Sorority Row and The Final Destination take the number nine and ten positions respectively.
