The leather motorcycle costume, which includes a tank top and pair of shorts, is expected to fetch an estimated $3,000 (£1,832) to $5,000 (£3,048), Reuters reports.
More than 100 props, garments and set pieces from the blockbuster franchise will be available to bid on from October 8 to October 9 at the Calabasas, CA auction.
A 3,200-pound Bumblebee robot from the first instalment is anticipated to sell for $60,000 (£40,600) to $80,000 (£54,100). The items up for sale were commissioned through Paramount Pictures and director Michael Bay.
"I expect [Fox's] costumes to perform very well at auction. The 17-foot Bumblebee robot speaks for itself... it's such an amazing spectacle and a pop culture icon that I expect bidders to go crazy," said Joe Maddalena, president of Profiles in History.
It was reported earlier that Bay is to meet with Steven Spielberg and screenwriter Ehren Kruger to discuss the release date of the proposed third film in the series.
