'Meatballs' leads US box office

The animated feature Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs has continued to dominate at the top of the US box office for a second week with $24.6 million.

Debuting at number two and three are Surrogates, starring Bruce Willis, with $15 million and the remake to the 1980 original Fame with $10 million.

Steven Soderbergh's The Informant!, starring Matt Damon, has slipped to number four with $6.9 million over the weekend.

Love Happens has charted at number seven with $4.3 million, while Jennifer's Body, starring Megan Fox, lands at number eight and the animated film 9, ironically, drops three spots to number nine with $2.8 million.

Finally, Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds takes the number ten position with $2.7 million.
