The actress recently began filming the sequel to last summer's hit movie, but the New York set has been plagued by hordes of fans hoping to catch a glimpse of the cast.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, she said: "It drives me crazy. It's just very hard to get a day's work done and concentrate. But, you know, what are you gonna do?"
It was recently rumoured that security on the movie's set had been stepped up after hundreds of fans tried to get near Parker (Carrie Bradshaw) as she returned to her trailer following filming.
Sex And The City 2 will arrive in cinemas on May 28, 2010.
