It is understood that Minnelli will perform Beyoncé's 'Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)' during Stanford Blatch (Willie Garson) and Anthony Marentino's (Mario Cantone) gay wedding in the highly-anticipated follow-up.
Miley Cyrus was recently confirmed to feature in the update, which opens in cinemas on May 28, 2010.
