'The O.C.' actress to star in comedy

The O.C. actress Samaire Armstrong is to star in an as-yet-untitled comedy project.
24-year-old Armstrong, who plays Anna in the drama, will play the best friend of Lindsay Lohan (Mean Girls) in the Fox project, says the Hollywood Reporter.
The story will follow the luckiest girl in the world (Lohan) whose luck is swapped with the doomed Chris Pine (Princess Diaries 2). Armstrong will play Lohan's friend, a songwriter.
