Mandeville Films has acquired the rights to British political superhero comic Cla$$war.
The company announced that its next project will be an adaptation of Rob Williams's 2002 thriller.
Mandeville most recently produced the movie adaptation of Top Shelf's Surrogates, starring Bruce Willis.
Cla$$war, published by British company Com.X, explores the consequences of a secret government sponsored 'supersoldier' programme, and has been compared to WildStorm's The Authority.
Williams has said that the story was inspired by Noam Chomsky, Alan Moore and Bill Hicks.
