The 23-year-old star, who shot to fame after playing Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire and then vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight films, is apparently thought of as the perfect subject for an "all-access guide".
E Online quotes Justin Marciano, the chief executive of the company distributing the movie, as saying: "Teenagers just can't get enough of Robert Pattinson and this broadcast quality biography is guaranteed to deliver whether on TV or home entertainment."
Marciano revealed that the footage of the "world's biggest, hottest new star" would be completely exclusive and would be released later this year to coincide with the release of the New Moon film.
