The 42-year-old gained international fame playing lifeguard C.J. Parker in the show and later reprised her role in the 2003 TV-movie Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding.
However, Anderson dismissed Paramount's reported plans to adapt the programme into a big screen comedy.
She told Us magazine: "Never! I'm not going do it. I liked the TV show. I don't like it when they ruin it by making a movie out of it."
