Crowe, Banks unharmed in van incident

A van with Russell Crowe and Elizabeth Banks inside has been clipped by a fire truck on The Next Three Days set in Pittsburgh.

The Academy Award winner signed on in July to star in Crash director Paul Haggis's next project. Banks will portray his falsely imprisoned wife in the suspense drama.

On Wednesday, a fire truck driving by the film set took a corner too quickly and sheared off the vehicle's front end, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

The van was stationary and parked in the street at the time, though neither actor was harmed.

Liam Neeson and Olivia Wilde recently joined the cast of the Anything For Her remake.
