The third instalment in the vampire franchise, which stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, began principal photography in Vancouver in August
Writing on his Twitter account yesterday, Slade said: "Twilight: Eclipse officially wrapped shooting at 4.30am October 29. Physically and emotionally exhausted."
He later posted a picture "in celebration" of finishing filming, which depicts cast member Xavier Samuels dressed as character Riley Biers.
The cast and crew recently celebrated the end of shooting with a party at the Vancouver Aquarium in Stanley Park.
They are now scheduled to begin a promotional tour for sequel New Moon, which arrives in cinemas on November 20.
