The actress reportedly turned down a role in Wayne Wang's 1999 movie Anywhere But Here because of the nudity involved but accepted the project when that scene was dropped.
Portman told V: "It's annoying because online bulls**t interferes with what I want to do artistically.
"I'm not opposed to sexuality or nudity in a film, but I'm very opposed to pornography sites and you're pretty much giving them material if you do any of that. It's always a big dilemma for me."
Of her sex scene in Darren Aronofsky's upcoming Black Swan, Portman added: "It's not raunchy - it's extreme."
Portman added that she "would hope not" to opt for plastic surgery as she grows older, but did not rule it out completely.
