Solipsist Films has acquired the rights to Joe Casey's graphic novel Full Moon Fever.
The film is in the development stage, with Solipsist arranging financing and seeking a director for the project, reports Mania.com.
The property was previously acquired in 2004, a year before the comics' release, by producers Daniel Alter and Adrian Askarieh, with Renny Harlin (Die Hard 2) attached as director.
Casey's sci-fi comic - published by AiT/Planet Lar - tells the story of Zeke Kirby, a waste disposal technician who finds himself pitted against a horde of werewolves who have infested the moon.
