Alec Baldwin: 'I have an ass double'

Alec Baldwin has admitted that he has a stand-in to take his place when filming nude scenes.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly about his role in the Meryl Streep romantic comedy It's Complicated, the actor confessed that a shot of his naked behind in the movie was filmed with a double.

He said: "[That was] my ass double! I have a great ass, if I may say so. That's a part of my body that needs no surgical enhancement or rearranging."

Baldwin added that his stand-in also doubled him on TV sitcom 30 Rock: "He dined out on it the whole week. He showed up and told everybody, 'I was Alec's ass double'. It's a sick business."

The 51-year-old, who will host next year's Oscars with Steve Martin, said that he is willing to show his own rear on screen if the price is right.

"You gotta pay me a lot of money," he remarked.
