The actress, who played Phoebe Buffay on the US sitcom, said that she and the other cast members are too "busy" to take part in the rumoured film.
Talking about the show's creators Marta Kauffman and David Crane, Kudrow told New magazine: "I guess they don't think it's a good idea... It would be fun, but I don't know. How? Why? Really? Everyone is busy!"
The 45-year-old star has previously said about the movie: "If there was a way to figure it out then it could happen."
Courteney Cox Arquette, who played Monica Bing in the show, has apparently said that she is "eager" to take part in the film.
