'Bunny' stars 'tried not to laugh at Barratt'

The stars of Bunny And The Bull have confessed that they found it difficult to keep a straight face when acting with The Might Boosh's Julian Barratt.

Simon Farnaby, who previously worked with the comic on Boosh, said that he struggled to stop himself from laughing when filming scenes where Barratt plays an animal-loving tramp.

"I'm used to his techniques. I know his oeuvre," Farnaby said. "It's when the camera's behind you and [he's facing you], you know you're able to smile. You let it get to you."

He continued: "Kramer from Seinfeld, Michael Richards, he would never laugh because that's when you're in the 'magic zone'. You've got to not do it."

"I had no magic, there was no magic when I was on set!" joked leading man Ed Hogg.

Bunny And The Bull opens in UK cinemas today.
