'Sideways' star joins 'The Wrong Element'

Virginia Madsen has joined the cast of The Wrong Element.
The Sideways star will appear in Richard Loncraine's thriller written by Joe Forte. Madsen will play the wife of a security expert (Harrison Ford) who is kidnapped along with her daughter. When it becomes known that he plans to steal a large amount of money, he is in a race against time to save his family.
Paul Bettany (Wimbledon) will play the villain in The Wrong Element.
