Telecast producer Gil Cates revealed that the actress will join other presenters including Orlando Bloom, Halle Berry, Renne Zellweger and Martin Scorsese at the 77th annual Academy Awards.
Paltrow herself won the Best Actress Oscar for her performance in 1998's Shakespeare In Love.
The awards ceremony will be held on February 27.
