Producers originally planned on using fictional names for a dramatic graveyard scene towards the end of the movie, but lawyers pointed out that, if any of the names turned out to be real, relatives would be upset.
Names of crew members will now be digitally added to the gravestones in post-production.
A source told Breakingnews.ie, "It was a bit of fun for the staff, and means they get a very unusual film credit."
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire will be released on November 5.
