Grace and Billy Bob Thornton have signed on for roles, while Salma Hayek is in negotiations to board the CBS Films production, says Variety.
The George Tollman-helmed film will centre on an ex-con trying to evade a veteran police officer as he seeks revenge for his brother's murder.
Grace, who plays Shannon Rutherford in Lost, will appear in Tom Cruise movie Knight And Day later this year.
