Ricci cast in Robert Pattinson's 'Bel Ami'

According to Production Weekly, Ricci will take on the role of Clotilde in the big screen adaptation of French author Guy de Maupassant's 1885 novel.
Uma Thurman and Kristin Scott Thomas are already signed up to appear in theatre director Declan Donnellan's first film.
The story centres on a wealthy woman who has an affair with Pattinson's corrupt journalist as he ascends the Parisian social ladder.
