The movie centres on two men - played by Owen Wilson and Saturday Night Live's Jason Sudeikis - who are given a week free of obligations from their wives and attempt to spend the time as hedonistic bachelors.
The Office actress Fischer will play Wilson's wife, who soon asks her husband for a pass to misbehave outside of marriage.
The Farrellys are directing the movie from a script by Peter Jones and Kevin Barnett. It is the brothers' first collaboration since 2007's The Heartbreak Kid.
