Director Edgar Wright's comic book adaptation will arrive in US cinemas on August 13, reports MTV.
The film stars Michael Cera in the lead role, along with Anna Kendrick, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Brandon Routh and Jason Schwartzman. The plot centres on a young man's strange and violent quest to win a girl's heart.
Scott Pilgrim vs. The World is based on the Oni Press graphic novels by Bryan Lee O'Malley.
