Up In The Air looks like the movie to beat in the 'Best Supporting Actress' category as Vera Farmiga and Anna Kendrick - who provided impressive support for George Clooney's jaded frequent flyer in Jason Reitman's drama - face off against Nine's Penelope Cruz, Crazy Heart's Maggie Gyllenhaal and Mo'Nique, who delivered a terrifying performance in 'Best Picture' contender Precious.
