Brosnan to lead 'Salvation Boulevard'

Pierce Brosnan, Ed Harris and Jim Gaffigan have signed up to star in comedy-thriller Salvation Boulevard.

The independent movie centres on a born-again Christian who finds himself on the run from fundamentalist members of his mega-church, reports Variety.

Joshua's George Ratliff will direct Salvation Boulevard from a script he co-wrote with Douglas Stone. Wag The Dog author Larry Beinhart penned the book on which the film is based.

Brosnan can be seen in fantasy Percy Jackson And The Lightning Thief from this Friday.
