Jeffrey Dean Morgan joins 'Fields' cast

Watchmen and Supernatural star Morgan will portray a New York cop who teams up with Worthington's local officer to take on a case of disappearances and homicides, stretching back 20 years and 60 victims, in the wastelands surrounding Texas's Gulf Coast refineries.
Michael Mann is producing (Public Enemies) the film for his daughter Ami, while former DEA agent Donald F Ferrarone penned the screenplay.
The Fields, previously titled Texas Killing Fields, will begin production on April 5 in Louisiana.
