The Sherlock Holmes actress is in talks to join Owen Wilson, Marion Cotillard and France's First Lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy in Allen's upcoming feature.
No story details have been revealed about the untitled project, which will shoot in France over the summer.
Allen's next film You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger, starring Josh Brolin, Antonio Banderas, Freida Pinto and Naomi Watts, was recently picked up by Sony Pictures Classic for distribution and is expected to debut at this year's Cannes Film Festival.
