Singleton to helm Lautner's 'Abduction'?

Singleton, who also steered 2 Fast 2 Furious, and Gary Fleder (Runaway Jury) are at the top of studio Lionsgate's list to make the action project.
Shawn Christensen's Abduction script is described as a Jason Bourne-style man-on-the-run thriller. The story centres on a teen who discovers a picture of himself as a baby on a missing-persons database and sets out to seek the truth about his background.
Lautner can next be seen in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, opening in cinemas this summer.
