Push star Chris Evans has reportedly landed the lead role in upcoming drama Puncture.

The film centres on a drug-addicted attorney who takes on a giant health care firm, reports Variety.

Adam and Mark Kassen have signed to direct the independent project.

"From the moment we heard about this story, we connected to what it says about the current state of our medical industry and the flawed hero that tries to fix it," said Adam.

Evans will next be seen in action picture The Losers, arriving in US cinemas on April 23, 2010.
