'Kick-Ass' star Moretz joins 'The Fields'

The 13-year-old Kick-Ass actress revealed on her Twitter page that she has a role in Ami Canaan Mann's movie opposite Sam Worthington and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
Writing about her upcoming plans, Moretz said that she is doing "a film with Martin Scorsese called The Invention Of Hugo Cabret and then a film with Ami Mann directing called The Fields".
The Fields, which will be produced by Mann's father and Heat director Michael Mann, centres on two cops who take on a case of disappearances and homicides, stretching back 20 years and 60 victims, in the wastelands surrounding Texas's Gulf Coast refineries.
The project is slated to go into production in April, but Moretz's involvement suggests that it may film later if she has to star in the Scorsese project first.
