Cody, 'Juno' team back for 'Young Adult'

Diablo Cody has reteamed with the makers of her first feature Juno for new movie Young Adult.

The plot centres on a divorced young-adult fiction writer in her 30s who returns to her hometown and begins to follow her now-married ex-boyfriend, says The Hollywood Reporter.

Screenwriter Cody, who also penned last year's Jennifer's Body, has sold the script to Mandate Pictures and John Malkovich's Mr. Mudd firm. Mason Novick, Cody, Lianne Halfon and Russell Smith are producing, with Malkovich acting as executive producer.

Cody is also working on a Sweet Valley High movie and is involved in Showtime's The United States Of Tara.
