Worthington confirms 'Dan Dare' involvement

Speaking to MTV, the Avatar star revealed that the upcoming movie will take its inspiration from the recent reboot of the character by comic writer Garth Ennis.
"I'm at that stage now where I want to do movies where I get my $16 (£10.60) worth... Something like Dan Dare, there was something in the reboot by [Garth] that was amazing," he said.
The 33-year-old did not unveil any details about his character in the project, but Worthington is expected to play Dan Dare, a chief pilot on the Interplanet Space Fleet.
