Martin Freeman has signed up to appear alongside Jude Law in Breaking and Entering.
Although known for comedic roles, Freeman will play a more serious part as he appears as Law's partner in a London architecture firm in the movie directed by Anthony Minghella (The Talented Mr Ripley; Cold Mountain).
Freeman said of the project: “The film is set in contemporary London and I play Jude Law’s business partner.
“It’s a straight role for me. I have played them before but I’m very much associated with comedy and that’s something I’m trying to rectify. It’s nice to have a balance between comedy and serious stuff.???
