Scodelario is 'Wuthering Heights's Cathy

The 18-year-old actress revealed that she will play Emily Bronte's iconic literary heroine Catherine Earnshaw for the Fish Tank director via her Twitter account.
She wrote: "need to start learning the yorkshire accent... im gonna be in the new Wuthering Heights film! as cathy! should probs read the book... start filming next month, cant wait! Andrea Arnold is directing, she is amazing! cant wait to work with her! (sic)"
Scodelario, who played teen tearaway Effy Stonem in four series of E4's Skins, has appeared in Moon, Clash Of The Titans and Shank.
Natalie Portman and Gemma Arterton had previously been attached to the Ecosse Films project.
Bronte's Wuthering Heights previously made it to the screen in 1939 with Laurence Olivier leading the cast. A 1992 version featuring Ralph Fiennes and Juliette Binoche was also released.
